About tendwell
Health apps are good at counting. They're less good at helping you understand your day, looking after the people you love, or keeping you going with friends. tendwell puts those three things together.
Why we're building it
Most of us already carry a phone that records our sleep, steps and heart rate. The data is there, but it's split across apps, hard to read, and stuck on one person's phone.
Families look after each other's health all the time: a parent's blood pressure medicine, a child's fever, a partner's training plan. Yet most tools are built for one person on one kind of phone.
tendwell brings it together. One app for your own health, your family's and your friends', with privacy at the centre. That's what our logo is: three circles, for Me, Family and Socials, and a dot where they meet.
How we work
- Phone first. No wearable needed, because most people don't own one.
- Earn trust slowly. We test with a small group before we grow, and we follow Apple's and Google's health data rules to the letter.
- A business that doesn't depend on your data. The social side is free. We plan to earn from optional paid features, sponsored challenges and partners, never by selling data.
The company
tendwell is made by Nousattva Pty Ltd, a technology company registered in Victoria, Australia.
Where we are
We're testing in Singapore and India first, on iPhone and Android, with Australia and other countries to follow.
