Everything tendwell does
tendwell reads the health data already on your phone, turns it into a clear picture of your day, and lets you share the parts you choose. Here is what's in the app today, and what's coming.
Me
Your own health, read from Apple Health or Health Connect.
Today
A short read on how you are, every morning.
- Readiness. One clear answer each morning, from last night's sleep, your heart rate variability and recent training.
- Health signals. Early hints such as "you may be getting sick", breathing at night from blood oxygen, your resting heart rate trend and cardio fitness.
- Trends and highlights. The changes worth knowing about, shown as short stories rather than charts to decode.
Care
Medicines and doctor visits, without the admin.
- Add it your way. Type it, say it, or scan the box. tendwell suggests names of medicines common in Singapore and India.
- Reminders on your lock screen. Mark a dose as taken, snooze it for 15 minutes, or skip it, without opening the app.
- Refills and visits. A nudge before a medicine runs out, and doctor visits with your questions ready to ask.
- A summary for your doctor. Turn your recent history into a short summary you can show at your appointment.
Cycle tracking
Period, ovulation and fertile window, kept private.
- Predictions that learn. Your period and fertile window, based on your own history.
- Shared only if you say so. Cycle data is never shown to followers, and never used for ads or audiences, even if you opt in to personalised ads.
Family
The health of the people you look after, in one place, whatever phone they use.
Shared with care
Each person chooses what their family can see.
- Pick what to share. Sleep and steps but not weight, for example. Change it or stop sharing whenever you like.
- Works across iPhone and Android. A parent on Android and a child on iPhone can still look out for each other.
- Children's profiles. A parent or guardian adds and manages them. Children can't post publicly.
Looking out for each other
Help that arrives at the right moment.
- Missed-dose alerts. With a parent's permission, you get a heads-up if they miss a medicine.
- Family health log. Temperatures, symptoms and medicines when someone is unwell, so you can tell the doctor exactly what happened.
Socials
The friends who keep you going, on your terms.
Feed and following
Like the apps you know, but private by default.
- Share workouts and sleep. Post a run, a gym session or a good night, with a photo if you like.
- Cheers and comments. A ranked feed that ends with "You're all caught up", so it never asks for more of your time.
- Find your people. Search by username, share an invite link or QR code, or find friends from your contacts if you choose.
- Auto-share is off until you turn it on. If you switch it on, finished workouts are posted for you.
Fair challenges
Friendly competition where effort wins.
- Scored on effort, not calories. Effort is measured against your own heart rate, so a bigger or fitter person doesn't win by default.
- Head to head or in a group. Effort, improvement, steps or distance, over the days you pick.
- Fair for newcomers. Comparisons use the last 30 days, so someone who joined last week isn't behind from the start.
- Only scores are shared. Leaderboards show challenge points, never the health readings behind them.
Coming next
Planned, not in the app yet. We'll update this page as things arrive.
Coaches
Invite a coach and choose exactly which of your data they can see, the same way family sharing works.
More apps and devices
Direct connections to more fitness services, so you see everything in one place even without Apple Health.
Notes for your doctor
Quick questions about your sleep and breathing that become a 30-night summary to take to an appointment.
Try it before everyone else
We're inviting testers in Singapore and India first.
